Mental health is important at all stages of life. Ignorance about mental health and mental illness has often led to stigma, rejection, exclusion and a lack of attention.

Caring for and giving children a mentally healthy start to life is critical for their future success and independence.

Mental health is important to all of us as it affects our thinking, feeling and acting in all aspects of our life.

It influences how we view ourselves and others, how we handle stress, how we engage in relationships, how we learn and how we make decisions in life.
