Wendy Teft

Director

Wendy earned her PhD from Western University and is an experienced scientific and business leader with over 15 years of experience working in the clinical research and healthcare sectors to advance drug development and support the use of precision medicine in the clinic. In her current role, Wendy leads a cross-functional team of 25+ and is accountable for strategy, operations, and commercial growth of precision medicine and lab services in a global contract research organization. Wendy has a strong track record in business development, strategic partnerships and driving innovation and is an advocate for continuous learning and professional development.

Wendy is a mom to two teenage girls and is looking forward to supporting Vanier to achieve their mission of delivering mental health services to children, youth and families within the London Community.

Vanier Children’s Mental Wellness is the multi-service lead agency in London and Middlesex County, providing services for children, youth, and their families.
